Duties: Oversight of Global Partnership Services, Mexico Partnership Services, international education data coordination, Community of Respect programming; Public Partnership & Outreach: Assessment, Regulatory Compliance, and Accountability.

Dr. Droleskey is responsible for administrative oversight of accountability, assessment, and continuous improvement efforts, as well as assisting with various administrative tasks such as strategic planning and facilitating certain processes for the Soltis Center for Education and Research in Costa Rica. Dr. Droleskey provides leadership for the Texas A&M University facility in Mexico, Mexico Partnership Services, and serves as a liaison for data related to globally focused high impact learning experiences, international engagement, and world rankings. She also has oversight of tracking and data retention for academic agreements between Texas A&M and entities abroad.

Dr. Droleskey has been involved with international program support at Texas A&M since 1989, overseeing the International Student Services, Study Abroad, and Sponsored Student Programs offices throughout her career.

Dr. Droleskey earned a BS in English, Public Speaking, and Theatre Arts from Murray State University in Kentucky in 1979, a Master’s degree in Educational Processes from Maryville College in 1985, and her Ph.D. in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University in 2000.

She advises Texas A&M student organizations including India Association, Sri Lanka Association, and the Chinese Student and Scholar Association. Dr. Droleskey also teaches Taiji Quan (Tai Chi Chuan) for the Texas A&M Confucius Institute and the Department of Kinesiology.
