International Agreements

Texas A&M University's (TAMU) international agreements include one or all of the following:

Many foreign institutions and grant programs need an MOA or MOU for a formal relationship. The most efficient way to develop an international agreement and initiate the approval process is to work with your college international agreements representative to avoid delays.

An agreement that involves students must be carefully considered and described in detail in a MOA. The MOA must be specific about activities and expectations relative to the agreement objectives, as well as the student objectives, e.g., degree programs, undergraduate/graduate status, reciprocal exchange, collaborative research, immigration status, State Department status of the country involved, financial responsibility, etc.

** The most important issue for faculty and staff to know is: We are here to help! If you are new to the process or have questions, we would be glad to offer assistance!
