While colleges and departments are primarily responsible for assessing student learning outcomes, the Office of Institutional Assessment at Texas A&M also assesses the following Undergraduate Learning Outcome at the University level.
Demonstrate social, cultural, and global competence, including the ability to:
Live and work effectively in a diverse and global society
Articulate the value of a diverse and global perspective
Recognize diverse economic, political, cultural and religious opinions and practices
Evidence of University-level achievement of this learning outcome is documented in several ways.
